Drawn entirely by hand in our Tucson studio, this piece explores the heavy emotional threshold between exhaustion and renewal.

Visually, the composition focuses on an abstract, dual-eyed character looking upward into the shifting currents of a choice. The left side is heavily saturated with deep, velvety violet, housing sharp green and bright orange orbs that pulse with remaining vitality. On the right, sweeping, flame-like fan elements in crimson and cerulean blue pull toward a muted, textured graphite-gray background—literally visualizing the sensation of energy receding. The dense, hand-burnished colored pencil layering and bold ink contours bridge the structured balance of European heritage art with a deeply modern, psychological edge.
