Drawn entirely by hand in my Tucson studio, the piece highlights a beautiful tension between rigid geometry and fluid, passing moments. Structured, thick-inked rectangles and solid circles provide a grounded foundation, while delicate, amoeba-like rings drift across the frame like thoughts dissolving or fading from view. Stripped entirely of color, it relies completely on pure line contrast and fine graphite cross-hatching to evoke a serene, analytical stillness.
